Good times were had at the Annual H2H Scavenger/Dare Race! It started at Little Red and continued at other points in the city and ended at Brenda's with a barbeque and hilarious Banana Split Eating Contest! Have a great summer! See you in the fall! :)

Fun time tobagganing at Little Red followed by pizza and a viewing of the movie To Save A Life . Good discussions in our small groups. "God wants your life to be Way More Than Fine!" Check out this movie for yourself!
On February 4th, an energetic group went to see a Raider game on Faith Night.

Coming up in March ~ 4th - 6th Confirmation Retreat at Kinasao and on March 27th Session #1, Confirmation Preparation Lunch, for Grade Nine youth and their parents.

News Flash! A sheep was seen recently at communion - takes the song "I just wanna be a sheep" to another level, doesn't it?!

December 5th – H2H Martin Luther’s Life (continued)
December 10th – Meet at the Galaxy Theatre to watch "Chronicles of Narnia – Voyage of the Dawn Treader" Time – TBA
December 19th – H2H Family Christmas Potluck and Party @ 5:30pm
Bring a $5.00 gift for the gift exchange and donate to the CWLR and/or bring a food item for families in Prince Albert

Operation Christmas Child

A super group of youth came out to pack boxes for Operation Christmas Child. The congregation donated very generously and the boxes were full when they finished! Thanks Messiah!

H2H YOUTH IN ACTION!

A great group of youth came out to help at the Fall Supper on November 11.They bussed tables, served coffee and tea, took tickets, washed dishes, sang, manned the Remembrance Day door prize table, and wowed everyone with their enthusiasm and smiles! We are so blessed to have them!

Erika, Kaylee, Kelsey, Julie, Katie, Brenda, Lane & Kris had a great time at the CLAY "HANDS ON" Youth Gathering in London, Ontario August 19-22. The next gathering is in Saskatoon in 2012. Who wants to come?! Let Brenda know.

Confirming Their Faith

Lane, Meagan, Zach, Julie and Quinten confirmed their faith and claimed their calling before friends and family on June 6th. They each gave moving statements about their faith and how they will walk it out. It was a wonderful day!

Big Hearts and Big Fun at Messiah!

Thank you Messiah for generously donating to Haiti! You gave from your hearts and it showed!

Thank you to Kelsey, Peyton, Landon, Kaylee, Karli, Kelsey F., Nikea, Noah, Preston & Lexi for coming out to help with the fundraiser and the Winter Carnival.

And a big Thank You to Huff & Puff Entertainments for letting the kids try out the plasma cars, bouncing castles, and eat hotdogs, sno cones and cotton candy!
14 children came through the bitter cold and snow to have some warm fun inside!

Faithlife will match donations up to $350.00
The government will then match that amount
